Sanwo-Olu Wins Lagos Gov Election

The Independent National Electoral Commission has declared Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu as the winner of the March 18 governorship election in Lagos State.

All Progressives Congress candidate won the election by polling 762, 134 votes.

In second place is the Labour Party candidate Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour who polled 312, 329 votes.

People’s Democratic Party’s Jide Adediran scored 62,449 votes.

This means Sanwo-Olu returns as governor of Lagos State for another four years.
