The former media aide to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has slammed the federal government for not remembering former president, late Umar Musa Yaradua seven years after his death.

Omokri via his twitter posted: Today is the 7th anniversary of Umar Yamada’s death and President @MBuhari‘s govt couldn’t even remember him for his service to Nigeria!

The former presidential aide also advised the government to shift Federal Executive Committee (FEC) meetings to Fridays in order to increase the likelihood of President Buhari attending.

“I advise the Federal Government to change FEC days from Wednesdays to Fridays in order to increase the likelihood of @MBuhari attending FEC”, he tweeted.

President Muhammadu Buhari earlier today attended the Jumat Service at the Mosque in the presidential villa, alongside the Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, and the National Security Adviser (NSA), Babagana Monguno.

This comes less than 48 hours after President Buhari missed the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting for the third time since his return from medical vacation in the United Kingdom.
