BBNaija: Ebuka Has Every Right To Say He Has Not Met Me – Cee-C

Former housemate in the 2018 Big Brother Naija show Cee-C has defended host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu over claims of not meeting her before the show.

Concise News reported that photos of Ebuka and the former housemate surfaced on the internet after he claimed in an interview on Beat FM that he has never met the housemate.

This raised speculations that he may have lied.

Reacting to this, Cee-C took to her Instagram handle to defend Ebuka.

According to her, they may have met but the show host being a celebrity meets hundreds of thousands of people he can’t remember.

She wrote, “I have a lot to address and answer but I will address this particular issue.

“An interview of someone I respect, admire and see as my mentor was drawn to my attention.

“Like I said in the house, I met @ebuka at an event he hosted. The fact that you meet somebody doesn’t mean that the person has to remember you.

“@ebuka is huge in this industry and probably meets over 100,000 people a week. So therefore, he has every right to say he has not met me.

“What I said in the house was from the view of someone who does not understand the industry.

“Guys, I have met and had conversation with a lot of people this week that would as well say they have met me and I can’t even remember.

“To my fans, I do appreciate you all for always having my back. Where did you guys get that picture from? I advise we take it easy with the bashing, negativity, etc.”
