Pro-Biafra agitators.

In the last few days, some interesting stories about the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have been on the front burner, and today, Concise News has gathered them together for your reading here.

1. Biafra: Asari Dokubo Reveals Killer Of Prophet Nwoko

A former Niger Delta militant Asari Dokubo has alleged that the leader of the proscribed Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu, ordered the assassination of Prophet Anthony Nwoko, Concise News reports.

This online news medium understands that Prophet Nwoko was murdered in his Enugu State home last week by some unknown gunmen.

Nwoko was a close ally the pro-Biafra leader Nnamdi Kanu.

While speaking on the incident, Dokubo blasted Nnamdi Kanu whom he described as an “opportunist.”

“It is very sad that our struggle has come to the stage when the IPOB and its leadership under Nnamdi Kanu will order the assassination and the murder of fellow Biafrans who disagree with them on the modalities of achieving our independence as a nation,” he said in a Facebook video.

“It is so so sad that the Kanu who cannot lift a spoon in defence of Biafrans against the killing and brutality visited on our people, on the Igbos especially his own people by the Nigerians occupation office will now turn against his followers to murder those who disagree with him.”

According to him, “Nnamdi Kanu has open a pandora box and led out the demons of destruction and blood and it is the duty of all of us Biafrans to come together and lock, shame the box and to throw it in the deepest part of the ocean.

“Because this is very dangerous, somebody who cannot lift up a finger against our enemies can only run his mouth is now ordering for the killing of our people.

“And we are expected to keep quiet, everybody knows that Cleric Nwoko Was killed by Nnamdi Kanu and his IPOB, I don’t know Cleric I have only watched his videos and listened to him.

“I was told by some people who came to see me at my residence in Yenagoa about him but I have never met him.

“It is so so bad we never thought that one day our struggle will come to this very shameful stage.

“From the very beginning, I have struggled to ignite and reconcile all shade of opinion because I believe that our nation should be a rainbow nation with people of all beliefs who will congregate together in different opinion and colours and move our struggle to its destination.

“I never envisioned a Biafra that Biafrans will carry arms against their fellow Biafrans.

“Nnamdi Kanu is an opportunist who has come to catch on the painful struggle and sacrifices that others have made.”

2. Biafra: What IPOB Said About Asari Dokubo’s Allegations On Prophet Nwoko

The proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has debunked allegations that it murdered Prophet Anthony Nwoko, Concise News understands.

This online news medium had earlier reported that Prophet Nwoko who was a staunch advocate of Biafra was murdered last week at his Enugu State residence.

A former Niger Delta militant leader Asari Dokubo had on Monday accused the leader of the pro-Biafra group Nnamdi Kanu of killing Nwoko.

“Cleric Nwoko,” Asari said, “was allegedly assassinated by agents of Nnamdi Kanu to silence him because he opposed Nnamdi Kanu’s way of camouflaging under the Biafra struggle to enrich himself.”

However, IPOB in a statement on Radio Biafra exonerated its leader for the death of the cleric.

It described the allegations as a plot to blackmail IPOB and its leader Nnamdi Kanu.

“This is the clip of the contractor working hard to blackmail IPOB,” IPOB noted. “Asari forgot that before he embarks in this kind of blackmail he should prepare himself very well hoping that he is coming to meet the almighty IPOB.”

It added that: “We meet problems head-on, IPOB does not run away from enemies and since Asari has presented himself as an enemy to our collective survival we shall treat him as an enemy.”
