You Can Now Use Android Auto Phone While It Is Connected To Car

Before now, it was not possible for Android auto users to use the phone when it’s connected to Google’s in-car infotainment service.

However, that has changed now, as the company has lifted this restriction.

This means that now, you can just swipe up and unlock your phone even when it’s connected to Android Auto.

Google says the change is aimed at allowing passengers to use the phone (without causing any distraction to the driver). Not only that, even drivers can use their phone now when the car isn’t in motion.
