‘The Candidates’ Host Kadaria Ahmed Sends Tweet To Buhari, Atiku
One of Nigeria’s revered journalists Kadaria Ahmed has sent a “thank you” message to President Muhammadu Buhari and former vice-president Atiku Abubakar for being part of a town hall meeting in Abuja, tagged “The Candidates” which was concluded on Wednesday.
President Buhari is running for a second term on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), while Atiku is the candidate of the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The ace broadcaster also thanked the aforementioned parties’ vice-presidential candidates, vice-president Yemi Osinbajo, and Peter Obi, for attending the meeting.
She also appreciated Kingsley Moghalu and Umma Getso of the Young Progressive Party (YPP), and Omoyele Sowore and Rabiu Rufai of the African Action Congress Party (AACP) for being part of the conversation.
Ahmed thanked her guests in a tweet she posted on Thursday morning.
