Super Eagles Defender To Finally Join Madrid Club From Chelsea

Nigeria international Kenneth Omeruo is reportedly on the verge of sealing a permanent deal from Chelsea to La Liga side CD Leganes for five million Euros.

CD Leganes are located on the outskirt of Madrid, the Spanish capital.

The Super Eagles defender would retain 20% of his transfer fee, according to Spanish sports newspaper AS.

The 25-year-old, who won the Africa Cup of Nations title with the Eagles in 2013, is on a season-long loan to the Madrid club after several loan spells in Turkey.

The Nigerian has made four consecutive starts for the La Liga side as they aim to escape relegation.
