Shooting Stars Sack Head Coach Fatai Amoo
Recently relegated NPFL side Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) have sacked their Technical Adviser, coach Fatai Amoo.
The Oluyole Warriors, who lost their Nigeria Professional Football League place at the end of last season, made the announcement on Twitter on Monday.
“Our management,” the club wrote on their official handle, “has relieved Coach Fatai Amoo of his job as Technical Adviser.”
He was appointed as the Ibadan-based side’s head coach in November, 2016, taking over from Gbenga Ogunbote.
During the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, Fatai was an assistant coach to Samson Siasia as Nigeria finished third to win bronze medal.
