Serial African champions, the Pharaohs of Egypt, have arrived Asaba, Delta State for the side’s friendly game with Nigeria.

Concise News understands that the Super Eagles will take on Egypt in the clash on Tuesday after sealing a place at the 2019 African Cup of Nations.

The Egyptians arrived the country via a chartered Air Peace aircraft which flew from Nigeria to Niamey, capital of Niger Republic to airlift the delegation to Asaba.

Egypt have booked a place in the 2019 AFCON as host nation and played out a 1-1 draw with Niger Republic in their final –day AFCON qualifying match.

The delegation is made up of 24 players, 21 technical and backroom staff and five journalists landed the Asaba Airport in the afternoon.

They will train at the Stephen Keshi Stadium on Monday evening, after the Africa U23 Cup of Nations qualifier between Nigeria and Libya.
