In a statement, the Lagos State Ministry of Transportation noted that there would be traffic diversion on some major roads to ease Buhari’s movement. It said Buhari’s visit would run from 9.00am to 3.00pm.

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, has warned the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, to mind his language in a reply to the latter’s allegation that the National Assembly has been padding the national budget for four years. Dogara, in a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Public Affairs, Turaki Hassan, carpeted Tinubu, describing him as “ignorant of the budgetary process.”
