Mercy Aigbe Marks First Anniversary Of Splitting From Husband
Nigerian actress Mercy Aigbe has celebrated one year of leaving an abusive marriage and estranged husband, Asiwaju Lanre Gentry.
The actress took to her Instagram page to celebrate her crashed marriage on Monday, April 16.
Although, Asiwaju Lanre Gentry has been flippant about his relationship with the actress, recently, he was seen throwing a shade at her.
Counting her separation from him as one of the numerous blessings from God, she wrote:

Concise News reported that the actress and her husband split in 2017 following a report of assault.
The Lagos State Government intervened into the crisis in her marriage which landed her in coma before she filed for divorce.
While the media awaits updates on her divorce, Lanre claimed late last year that he is working towards reconciling with the actress and mother of his son, Olajuwon.
