FRSC Officer, Driver Fight For Control Of Moving Car (Video)

A video of an officer of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) struggling for the wheels of a car with its driver has hit the internet and gone viral.
The video appears to have been made by the man seated beside the driver of the vehicle while also trying to stop the official, a lady, from taking the wheels from the driver.
The officer was persistent in her effort to get the driver to stop the car as the driver repeatedly told her to not damage his car.
The other man filming was heard telling her, ”see what you are doing and you call yourself a safety officer… ”you are a disgrace to force hood.”
As this was going on, another FRSC officer jumped out of the Corps’ pick up van with a metal-like device and smashed the side window of the vehicle causing the commuters to alight and scamper for safety.
