Edo State Govt Compensates Families Of Victims Of Fulani Herdsmen

Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo state on compensated the families of the four victims murdered by suspected Fulani herdsmen with N2m.

This was disclosed by the head of the Uhunmwode local government council, Anthony Eboigbodin.

Speaking at a Joint Account Allocation Committee (JAAC) meeting, he said each family got N500,000.

The incidents occurred in different locales in the state with two of the victims killed at Ewu community in Esan Central, one in Ekpoma area of Esan West and the last in Elele community, near Auchi in Etsako West LGA.
