This online news medium understands that these people under the auspices of Forum of Benue State Communities in Lagos, said this in a letter addressed to Falana and Falana Chambers.

“The impunity with which the police took the life of the young man over a trivial issue and with total disregard for the laws of the land is worrisome,” the letter read.

“It is more worrisome that the President and the Inspector-General of Police have not considered it necessary to ensure that justice is done on the disturbing case of extra-judicial killing by the police.

“My people watched as President Muhammadu Buhari acted with fiat to order immediate action when officers of the Special Anti-Cultism Squad killed Kolade Johnson in Lagos.”
