Bashir Ahmad Hails North for Not Slamming Southerners Over TB Joshua Documentary

Former presidential aide, Bashir Ahmad, has hailed northerners for not framing the expository documentary on late Prophet T.B Joshua as a southern or Christian thing.

The documentary alleged that T.B Joshua sexually abused ladies in the Synagogue Church of All Nations which he founded.

Over 25 former members of the church were interviewed in the documentary shot by BBC.

Reacting, Bashir Ahmad wrote on X, “I have watched the three episodes of BBC’s documentary on the late TB Joshua; it was quite a revelation. What stands out for me is the commendable approach of my northern and Muslim brothers, who refrained from framing the documentary as an issue about southerners or making it a Christian issue. I haven’t come across any posts here that generalize or shift the narrative in that direction. I am so proud of ourselves.

“This is exactly how it should be – individuals should be accountable for their actions without casting judgment on an entire group based on the actions of a few among them.”
