Arsenal Prepare £40million Offer For Anthony Martial

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has added Manchester United forward Anthony Martial to his transfer wish list as the chase for Kylian Mbappe heats up.

According to Daily Mail, Wenger is prepared to pay £40million for Martial if he is unable to bring Mbappe to the Emirates.

Difficult task for Arsenal

Wenger faces a fight to land the Monaco striker with long-term admirers Real Madrid also keen.

This is more difficult as the Gunners would not be playing in the Champions League next season.

It s reported that if the deal is to be brokered, the Arsenal manager would request that it is done above managerial level so as to bypass the animosity that exists between both men.

Lyon’s Alexandre Lacazette is also another player Arsenal are looking to sign before the close of the transfer window.
