PDP Appoints Saraki As Head Of Reconciliation Committee For Bayelsa, Kogi

Saraki was one of the more than 10 aspirants who ran for the presidential ticket of the PDP for the 2019 elections

Former Senate President Bukola Saraki has been appointed as head of the Peoples Democratic Party National Reconciliation Committee for Bayelsa and Kogi States.

The PDP National Chairman, Uche Secondus, made this known during the inauguration of the committee at the party’s headquarters in Abuja on Friday.

Secondus while inaugurating the committee and two campaign committees urged the  Saraki committee to reconcile all aggrieved PDP leaders and members in the two states.

He stated that reconciliation was necessary to ensure victory for the party in the states during November 16 governorship elections.
