Released RCCG Pastor Discloses Their Kidnappers

Ibelegbu Chidinma, one of the RCCG pastors who was abducted near Ijebu-Ode on Friday and who regained her freedom on early Saturday said their abductors were Fulani herdsmen.

Recall that the Pastors were abducted on Friday, Aug 2, on their way to the Redemption Camp along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.

The clergymen were on their way to the ongoing Ministers Conference when they were abducted.

In her testimony, she underscored the banditry threat posed by the criminal wing of herdsmen, on the rampage in many parts of the country.

The deaconess from Abia State RCCG 3, gave her testimony during the ongoing ministers conference on Saturday night.

Chidinma said she prayed that God should allow her captors to fall asleep after which she sneaked out of the kidnappers’ den.

She was the first captive of the abductors that got in contact with the police before the four others were later rescued by the police.
