Taraba Govt Distributes Two Million Mosquito Nets To Curb Malaria

Taraba Government on Saturday commenced the distribution of two million free mosquito nets to residents of the state, Concise News reports. The gesture is in line with the government’s effort to reduce the morbidity and mortality rate of malaria, especially among children and pregnant women. Governor Darius Ishaku, who supervised the exercise in Jalingo, said the aim was to transform healthcare delivery in the state beginning with the elimination of malaria and other child killer diseases. Taraba: APC Reacts To Buhari’s Choice Of Sale As Minister

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairman in Taraba state, Alhaji Ibrahim El-sudi on Wednesday commended President Muhammadu Buhari for the choice of Mamman Sale as a minister nominee from the state, Concise News reports. El-sudi made the commendation during a chat with newsmen in Jalingo. “The state party leadership is satisfied with the choice of Sale owing to his steadfast and resilience in the APC,” he said.
