Ghanaian Singer Shatta Wale Likens His Voice To Celine Dion’s

Ghanaian dancehall king Shatta Wale has revealed that he sounded like Canadian singer Celine Dion on his track with US singer Beyoncé.

Concise news earlier reported that Wale featured on Beyonce’s newly released album, alongside other top African singers like Yemi AladeTiwa SavageBurna BoyWizkid, TeknoMr Eazi, Moonchild, Busiwa..

The Ghanaian singer is featured on ‘Already’ along with Beyoncé on a song off the album she curated for the Lion King.

He said: “A lot of producers around the world have contacted me with most saying that they like my voice. It was after that I listened to my voice well and I realized that I sound like Celine Dion,” he said.

Wale said is a Ghanaian-born producer and reggae-dance-hall musician formerly known as Bandana.

His best known song is “Dancehall King”, which led to winning the Artiste of the Year at the 2014 edition of the Ghana Music Awards.
