The Federal Government youth empowerment scheme called N-Power has said it has not started absorbing beneficiaries into the police force.

Concise News learned that there have been reports that beneficiaries of the N-Power scheme will be absorbed into the police force.

However, while answering a question posed by a participant, the N-Power scheme in a tweet on its handle, it assured that such move, if true, will be conveyed to beneficiaries.

Meanwhile, N-Power has denied opening its portal for fresh applications.

Concise News learned that there have been some (scam) websites parading themselves as that of N-Power and asking applicants to send in their details.

However, in a tweet on his handle, Friday, the N-Power scheme noted that it has not started receiving fresh applications for the scheme.

It warned Nigerians not to fail victims of scam websites who are bent on taking in their details.

“Dear everyone,”  N-Power tweeted on its official handle.  “N-Power has NOT opened up its portal for fresh applications. STOP inputting your details in SCAM websites. Share this with EVERYONE!”
