Hajj 2019: NAHCON Launches Complaints & Suggestions Portal

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has launched a Complaints and Suggestions portal where pilgrims or their relatives can lodge their complaints.

Concise News reports that this information was made known in a tweet on Monday on the official Twitter handle of NAHCON.

It reads: “2019 Hajj Complaints and Suggestions portal launched. you can now lodge complaints or Suggestions via our newly launched portal for the 2019 hajj, complaints can be done directly by pilgrim or his relative, queries will be responded to before 24 hours.”

Meanwhile, NAHCON Madinah Coordinator Ahmad Maigari, held a meeting with Madinah Feeding Team, after they inspected the facility where Nigerian pilgrims food will be prepared.

In Madinah Saudi Arabi, Maigari met with Alsied Ahmed Mohammad Zuhdi, the Managing Director Al-Zuhdi Group and Abdulaziz Saleh Ageel Al-Oufi, the General Manager Al Andalus Company.

Maigari used Sunday’s meeting to reiterate NAHCON’s desire that Nigerian Pilgrims enjoy the best of services.
