EFCC Operatives Arrest 22 'Yahoo Boys' In Delta State |Nigeria News

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have arrested 22 suspected internet fraudsters known as “Yahoo Boys” in Delta State, Concise News reports.

This online news medium understands that the arrest of the “Yahoo Boys” by the EFCC took place after a raid in Sapele, Delta State on Friday.

The “Yahoo Boys,” the EFCC said, are within the 18- 30 years age bracket and were smoked out of their hideout following intelligence reports.

Some of the items that the EFCC recovered from the suspected “Yahoo Boys” are laptops, iPhones, phones, ATM cards and three exotic vehicles: Benz C350, Benz ML 350 and Chrysler 300.

The suspects, according to a statement by the EFCC, will soon be charged to court once investigations are concluded.
