Nigerians Demand Clarification From INEC Over Rumours Of Election Postponement

Nigerians are asking the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) to come out and address the nation on the way forward to the presidential and National Assembly election billed for Saturday (Today).

INEC summoned an emergency meeting on the eve of the election which has sparked wide rumours of postponement of the exercise.

The emergency meeting called by INEC has been ongoing for several hours while the rumour that the Commission is planning to postpone the election keeps gathering momentum.

Frustrated by the failure of the electoral body to react to the growing rumours, many Nigerians are voicing their concern on social media and calling on INEC to come out and make things clear.
