Chelsea Manager Maurizio Sarri has been given £200m to strengthen the Blues in the January transfer window, according to reports in England.
It was learned that Chelsea are planning ahead because of a possibility of being banned for two years by Fifa for allegedly signing underage foreign players.
But the London club denied any wrongdoing as they hope to hear back from Fifa in the coming weeks.
Meanwhile, Juventus full-back Alex Sandro, Napoli’s Elseid Hysaj and Christian Pulisic of Borussia Dortmund are reported to be in Chelsea’s sights.
