Nigeria’s antigraft agency, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has secured the conviction of two fuel subsidy fraudsters, Walter Wagbatsoma and Ada- Ugo Ngadi as a Lagos State high court sentenced them to ten years imprisonment.

Delivering the judgement, Justice Okunnu also ruled that their company should refund over N700 million to the Federal government.
