Dana Air has won Best Customer Service Airline Award, for the third consecutive year. The airline was awarded for its consistent efforts at improving customer experience, onboard hospitality, and innovative online products.
The Nigeria Customer Service Award is organised to celebrate service excellence in Nigeria. It recognizes companies that deliver effective and exceptional customer services. It also aims to raise the standard of customer service and encourage companies to intensify on customer service.
Accountable Manager of Dana Air, Mr Obi Mbanuzuo describes the award as an affirmation of the company’s status. He said this shows the commitment to its vision, which is to be recognized and respected and Nigeria’s most reliable and customer-friendly airline.
